The finish line. I use Inktober as an exercise in constraints. I purposely do not use pencils to add to the challenge. This year, I added cats as a constraint because I couldn’t draw cats. Drawing a cat every day helped. Thank you all who commented on my drawings! Drawn straight in ink on my sketchbook using a Faber-Castell Pitt pen, a Pentel brush pen, and black coffee for the colour.
The Inktober event was created by Jake Parker. Every October, artists all over the world take on the Inktober drawing challenge by doing one ink drawing a day the entire month.

Drawing Every Day
I have been drawing everyday for the past two months. I have not been posting due to being so busy with my real job. I did however, wake up every morning and before I even turned on my email and web browser, I would draw. Whether it was on my physical skethbook or my ipad, I did not miss a single day and that was so mentally helpful. Now that October is here, I'll be posting every day as I like participating in the Inktober event. Welcome to October.
